Paula McIntrye, YFCU judge, ‘The YFCU Home Management competition is a celebration of great cooking and Northern Irish pork. The remit for the competition was to cook pork dishes and a pudding. The standard as always was excellent - quality of dishes and the thought put into them was amazing. It was an extremely hard job to judge this year - the competitors had put so much effort into their dishes and I was blown away by the standard’
YFCU would like to give a special thank you to Paula McIntyre for judging the Home Management Competition.
