Cultivating Young Leaders Programme Returns for 2025
The Cultivating Young Leaders Programme is back for its third year in 2026 – an exciting and unique opportunity designed to empower and educate YFCU members aged 18–30.
Modelled on the highly successful programme run by the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs, this initiative supports young farmers in areas such as farm succession, career development, and everyday leadership skills. It reflects YFCU’s ongoing commitment to the growth and development of our 3,500+ members.
Who supports the programme?
The programme is kindly funded by The Thomas Henry Foundation, which was established in 1847 under the will of Thomas Henry, a Downpatrick merchant. The Foundation’s principal aim is to promote agricultural science, innovation, and good farming practice across Northern Ireland.
