-£Negotiable salary & benefits package on offer
-Work van, phone and laptop provided
-Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
-Evenings and weekends off
-4 days out on the road and 1 office based
-Given early responsibility in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
-Sell to global leaders within the agricultural, commercial, retail, construction, residential, healthcare and many more!

Key duties & responsibilities:
-Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
-Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by developing the team’s sales skills
-Building and promoting long-lasting customer relations
-Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to optimise sales
-Providing daily/weekly reports of sales results and communicating customer feedback at team meetings

-Previous experience in a similar sales lead / manager role
-Knowledge of the agricultural market / products
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including negotiation and influencing skills.
-Ability to identify new product and market opportunities.
-Proven experience in sales and providing excellent customer service
-Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
-Current full driving licence
