Location: Antrim Town
Full Time Hours
Rates of Pay: £10.96 per hour rising to £11.53 ph after 1 month.
Working 5 days out of 7.
Shifts are 6.40 am - 3:20 pm and 12.40 pm - 9:20 pm (rotational)
What will you be doing?

• Providing comprehensive customer service support
• Responding to all customer queries accurately and effectively
• Taking the appropriate action to ensure customer expectations are fully delivered
• Providing immediate phone and e-mail support and advice to all valued customers

What experience do you need?

• GCSE's (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language (Grades A-C)
• Previous experience in customer service
• Computer literacy
• Good numeric and organisational skills / Good interpersonal and team working skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
