Book Keeper- Part Time/Permanent

This position is for 20-25 hours per month, viz 4-5 hours weekly and is based in a busy Farm Office. The hours are flexible to suit both the needs of the Business and the Successful Candidate. Self-Employed may be an option.

Book Keeper- Part Time/Permanent

Main Duties will include:
Code and Process Invoices
Bank Reconciliation
Creditor and Debtor Reconciliation
VAT Returns
Budget Preparations of cashflow statements
General Administration Duties.

Essential Criteria:
Recent Book Keeping experience.
Strong IT skills, Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook (email).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work accurately and independently.

Desirable Criteria:
Experience using Xero may be an advantage but not essential as training is available.
