  PRESIDENT THOBURN MCCAUGHEY
 


 

Thoburn McCaughey has

been a member of Lisnamurrican YFC for 17 years and he has held many positions

of responsibility throughout this time. 


Thoburn is a dairy farmer and his other main interests include stockjudging, the arts and drama festivals and all YFCU competitions.

Deputy President William Wilson



William Wilson has been a member of Cappagh YFC for 19 years.  A butcher by trade, Willie’s main interests are farming, shooting, taking an active role in all YFCU events and socialising with friends.  


Vice President Martyn Blair

Martyn Blair belongs to Finvoy YFC and he has been a member for 11 years.  Martyn has been involved in all aspects of YFCU events and activities and particularly enjoys the arts and drama productions.  A farmer by trade, Martyn’s other interests include football, rugby and socialising with friends.  

Vice President Frances George

Frances George has been a member of Moneyrea YFC for 12 years.  During her time in YFCU, Frances has taken part in many competitions and activities and has also represented the Association at many events.  Frances is an assistant scientific officer.  

Vice President James Taylor

James Taylor has been a member of Coleraine YFC since 2005.  A farmer by trade, James also plays an active role within his club and enjoys encouraging member participation in all events and competitions.  James is keen to see more young people farming and playing an active role in shaping the future of the agri industry.

Vice President Philip Richardson

Philip Richardson belongs to Cookstown YFC and he has been a member for 11 years and has held a number of positions within his club and county over the years.  Philip is enthusiastic about taking an active role in developing the YFCU for the next generation of rural young people and its position in the future of the agri-industry in Northern Ireland.
